You can’t beat A2Z Water Heaters. I appreciated how the owner answers calls personally, the installation was completed promptly and thoroughly, and the price was very fair. Two other bids had lower initial prices, but the prices did not include the permit or repairs (and repairs would have been done by a third party). The inspector gave A2Z an “A” and even the water heater sticker says, “Proudly installed by A2Z Water Heaters.” It’s refreshing for a company to take actual pride in their work and not just be “good enough.” I highly recommend A2Z – you won’t be sorry.

I cannot think of anything else to write than STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and craftsmanship! I am so fortunate to have found A2Z Water Heaters for the replacement of my water heater. Fred was FANTASTIC! First of all, he answered the phone personally when I called early in the morning with what I thought was an emergency with my water heater that was leaking. Fred was calming, professional and showed the next day to assess the damage. Not only did he show up on time, his communication and delivery are reassuring. He is extremely thorough and answered my questions to my complete satisfaction which in turn, instills a sense of trust and confidence. Fred and Joey arrived the following Friday, on time of course and VERY well organized. They also completed the job within the anticipated time frame. To take it a step further, Shelly completed the permit paperwork for me! I cannot say enough about A2Z! I could not recommend anyone else for your water heater needs! Thank you Fred and Shelley!

The name A2Z describes this contractor very well, because the job was done in excellence from start to finish. He explained everything that would be done from A to Z the beginning to the end. They are the best! My daughter and I was very pleased with the job. We called them on a Friday and they called back and told us they can do the job on Saturday morning. They were on time. We have a brand-new water heater and he also fixed our side door to the garage. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a honest opinion or work done on their water heater. They are the best. I have nothing but glowing remarks for Fred and Joey (and Shelly too!) After going through a bit of a run around on my home warranty’s vendor, Fred came out next day, provided me all the information I needed, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled work for the very next morning- which was a SATURDAY! I cannot thank them enough, they took on a job in an old house, full of tricks and weirdness, in the HEAT, and left me with a beautiful, functional, and SAFE system. I am beyond thrilled and have no doubts I wouldn’t have gotten nearly as fine work out of the other 2 bids I had. Thank you again!
