You won’t find a more competent, detail oriented or nicer guy than Fred and Joey at A2Z Water Heaters. Took out an old 17yo unit that was ready to explode. And put in this beauty with all new plumbing, gas lines, circulator pump and ball valves in several places. I was super impressed. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!!!!
Fred and Joey were amazing. When they got here, they went over every detail as to what they were going to do. They even pointed out how horribly my first water heater was installed. It wasn’t even up to code! Everything Fred and Joey did was clean, fast, and professional. The price was very reasonable, and they used top notch products. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their water heater serviced.
I have nothing but glowing remarks for Fred and Joey (and Shelly too!) After going through a bit of a run around on my home warranty’s vendor, Fred came out next day, provided me all the information I needed, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled work for the very next morning- which was a SATURDAY! I cannot thank them enough, they took on a job in an old house, full of tricks and weirdness, in the HEAT, brought my doggos treats, and left me with a beautiful, functional, and SAFE system. I am beyond thrilled and have no doubts I wouldn’t have gotten nearly as fine work out of the other 2 bids I had. Thank you again! I did extensive research and obtained numerous quotes before deciding on a company to install a much-needed water heater. I can’t say enough about A2Z Water Heaters. The pilot light would not stay lit on my 19 year old water heater so I knew it was time for a new one. I called in the evening and they showed up the following morning. Fred & Joey explained exactly what they would be doing for the installation and to bring it up to code and make it safe. I stayed out and had fun chatting with them during the installation. They take care of the permit too. When they were finished, Joey reviewed the controls with my wife and I. Awesome company with a fair price, I have referred them to my neighbors as well. Call Fred if you need a water heater, you’ll be glad you did!
My parents water heater stopped working. I called A2Z Water Heaters and Fred and Joey were at their house in 1 hour. They determined problem and water heater could be repaired. Parts could be obtained under warranty and contacted Rheem to have the parts sent out. Fred and Joey were back in 1 hour after being notified parts arrived. Parts were installed quickly and water heater back in business. Old gas line was replaced and tank flush was done no charge. Insulation blanket was removed, which was actually a safety hazard and not necessary. Fred and Joey were very patient and kind in working with my dad, who has lost his hearing and minimizing time my parents were without hot water. They care to do a quality job. I give A2Z Water Heaters, Fred and Joey my highest recommendation!
A2Z were amazing to work with! As a landlord, my worst fear is getting notified about something that is leaking and I got that dreaded text about the water heater at 11 pm on a Saturday night. After perusing Yelp, I decided to give Fred (the owner) a call Sunday morning. He was one of a few that were open on Sunday and he was so courteous and professional.
He came out within two hours to look at the water heater and tell me what he could do. He was extremely thorough in his explanation and reasoning to what he was going to do/replace and why. Not only that, he gave a folder with all the information as well. There was no pressure to hire him but he was so knowledgeable that it would be crazy not to!
A2Z took less than a day to replace the water heater and bring everything back up to code. It looks great and I’m so glad I went with them. I had quotes from other places but A2Z goes through the whole process with you and it is worth it. Thank you!
