My water heater blew up and thankfully Fred and Shelley were at my place in no time to inspect it. You can just see Fred’s passion and enthusiasm for water heaters as he was quite fascinated with my blown-up water heater. In just one day, Fred & Joey were able to install a brand new and shiny water heater. It was so wonderful to come home and have hot water. And just knowing my house and my family are safe is a wonderful feeling. Yes, Fred, we were very lucky – Lucky to have found A2Z! :) Thank you so very much. You guys rock!!
Fred Ford and A2Z Water Heaters just installed a new water heater in my garage today. The before and after pictures are like night and day. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of installers, but after several conversations with Fred, I decided to go with Fred. Professional, incredible experience and expertise were excellent, but the most impressive quality was his attitude and friendly demeanor. The services took less than an hour. In addition, he went above and beyond the repair service call and hook up my pressure and temperature relief value as well. This is an excellent company. Fred’s work is more than top notch! Prior to my new water heater installation. I was so grateful to Fred for patiently walking me through the process of turning off my leaking water heater and the gas so it wouldn’t EXPLODE! Fred truly cares about the quality of the work that he does. He and his assistant Joey were prompt, professional, and they completed the job when promised. What more could a customer ask for? I told Fred that the water heater looked beautiful. And it really does! I was really pleased with the work that they did and would wholeheartedly refer others to A2Z Water Heaters.

Unfortunately, “customer service” is not a term most companies take seriously anymore, especially in the COVID world. That is not the case with A2Z Water Heaters. Fred and his team did an amazing job with every aspect of this process. Education, honesty and efficiency. He had everything done (phone call, inspection, estimate and install) within 2 days. They even schedule the city inspection for you and stay on top of it until everything is completed. Thank you for you service and bringing back my faith in companies like yours. I only wish you did more than water heaters. Thank you again.
Can’t recommend them enough. I called them after the plumber assigned to install my water heater by the warranty company botched the job. Fred came over on a days’ notice on a Sunday in order to correctly install the tank and ensure it was up to code. After the installation, A2Z followed up and were very responsive to ensure that it passed inspection. If you need a water heater installed, call them.
